Sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Manito-Cannon Hill, Spokane, WA.
I have dealt with many Realtors over the course of my life and none of them have come close to David Stanley. I was selling my deceased Mother's house 300 miles from my personal residence. I was only able to travel to Spokane a couple of times a month and arranging visits around contractor's schedules was almost impossible especially when they don't arrive as scheduled. David handled most of those situations for me. He kept me updated, always had various solutions and even work estimates for me when issues arose, and in general kept his eye on the house during my absences. I couldn't have done it without David. Bought a Vacant Land home in 2018 in Five Mile-Prairie, Spokane, WA.
We hired David Stanley as a buyers' agent and were very satisfied. Our deal involved raw land with a checkered history and a seller who was in legal trouble. David understood our buyers' strategy and helped implement it, despite the obstacles on the other side. David was patient and never pushy and that made the deal happen. He was also on top of the paperwork -- keeping the deal alive with formal extensions when the other side did not suggest this. We were impressed with David's knowledge of land values and that helped our negotiation. We would use David again as a buyers' agent for certain.
